Childhood immunization has been envisioned as one of the fundamental elements of preventive medicine and its multidimensional effects have rarely been investigated in numerous studies, which are thorough and extensive in the framework of experimental basis. The study design was the mixed-method experimental design, which involved quantitative epidemiological modelling and qualitative contextual analysis to determine the impacts of large scale childhood immunization in morbidity, mortality, disability adjusted life years and transmission dynamics. The findings have shown that childhood mortality and disease burden reduced powerfully with an augmentation in vaccination coverage, and threshold impacts were nonlinear which implies the existence of herd immunity. The stochastic and elasticity based performance studies had found that a high suppression of pathogen transmissibility, stabilization of mortality variance and immunization systems resilience in conditions of heterogeneous population existed. Synergistic relationships were demonstrated between the coverage intensity, vaccine efficacy, and long-term survival outcomes that were further demonstrated using visual analytics, hybrid and three-dimensional models. In general, the results show that childhood immunization has strong and scalable and sustainable health outcomes, not only on the security of individual protection but also on the ability to control the disease at the population level and stability at the system level. These findings highlight the crucial role played by the assurance of the high rates of the vaccination and the development of the fair policies of the immunization to minimize the preventable morbidity and mortality of the children on the international level.
