1. Introduction

Journal of Healthcare Systems and Innovations (JHCSI) is an open-access digital journal, but we understand that some authors, readers, and institutions may prefer printed copies of individual articles for academic, personal, or archival purposes. This Paper Prints Policy outlines how readers and authors can obtain printed copies of published articles and the associated process, pricing, and conditions.

2. Availability of Paper Prints

  • Printed Copies of Articles: Printed copies of individual articles published in JHCSI are available for purchase. These printed copies will only be available for articles published after the implementation of this policy.
  • No Full Issue Prints: Printed copies will be provided for individual articles only. The journal does not offer printed copies of entire issues or volumes.

3. Ordering Process

To order printed copies of an article, the following steps should be followed:

  1. Submit an Order Request: Authors, readers, or institutions can place an order by submitting a request via email to editor@HealthSysInnov.com or through the journal’s website (if applicable). The order request should include:

    • Title of the article
    • Volume and issue number
    • Number of copies requested
    • Shipping address (including country and postal code)
    • Contact information (email and phone number)
  2. Processing Time: After receiving the order request, the journal will process the order and prepare the printed copies. Typical processing time is 10–15 business days once payment is confirmed.

  3. Payment: Orders must be accompanied by payment for both the printing and shipping costs. Once the order is received, the payment details will be provided. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing Structure: The cost for printed copies will include:
    • Printing Fee: A fee per article to cover the printing, binding, and production costs.
    • Shipping Fee: Shipping charges will vary depending on the quantity of copies ordered and the delivery destination.
  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include:
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Bank Transfers
    • PayPal
    Payment instructions will be provided once the order request is confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Orders: For orders within the same country as the journal’s location, standard postal or courier services will be used for delivery.

  • International Orders: For international orders, the journal will use international courier or postal services. Delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on the destination and the number of copies ordered.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic: 5–7 business days
    • International: 10–30 business days (depending on the destination)

    JHCSI is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the recipient’s country.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Copies: If the printed copies are received in damaged or defective condition, the recipient must notify the editorial office within 7 days of receiving the order. A full refund or replacement will be issued for damaged or defective copies.

  • Incorrect Orders: If the wrong article or quantity is shipped, the journal will send the correct copies at no additional cost.

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: Once the order has been processed and shipped, no refunds will be issued for any reason other than damage, defects, or incorrect orders.

7. Copyright and Usage

Printed copies of articles are provided for personal, academic, and institutional use only. The redistribution, resale, or commercial use of printed articles is prohibited without prior written consent from the journal and the author.

  • Copyright: Authors retain copyright of their work, but by submitting to JHCSI, they grant the journal the right to print and distribute copies of their work. Printed copies are intended for non-commercial, educational purposes only.

8. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., production delays, shipping issues), JHCSI may be unable to fulfill an order. If this occurs, the editorial office will notify the recipient and offer a suitable alternative, such as a delay notice or a full refund.

9. Policy Review
